At a Glance

  • Who we are: The Ultimate Grok Bundle is sold by Soltan Enterprises Limited, registered in Hong Kong SAR and trading as Rewyse.
  • What we set: one sign-in cookie for the members area, one short-lived cookie that signs you in on the thank-you page straight after you buy, one short-lived browser storage entry that helps the checkout confirm a payment, and three browser storage entries inside the members area that remember your progress and video settings. All of these are strictly necessary. On the sales and checkout pages we also keep the campaign tags you arrived with in session storage and, where tracking is on, our server sets a visitor cookie (ugb_vid) that links your visits to your purchase and a first-visit cookie (ugb_ft) that remembers the ad or campaign that first brought you.
  • Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which measure visits and page speed without placing cookies on your device.
  • Lesson videos: inside the members area, the lesson videos play in Wistia’s video player. Wistia receives your IP address and browser information when a video loads, and its player may set its own cookies or storage (session tracking is switched off for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), under Wistia’s policies.
  • Payments: our checkout uses an embedded Whop payment form. Whop and its payment partners may set their own cookies or storage for payments and fraud prevention, under Whop’s policies.
  • Advertising and analytics, outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only: we use the Meta Pixel (to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads) and Microsoft Clarity (to see, anonymously, how people use our pages), both loaded through Google Tag Manager, and our server also reports checkout visits, the email you type at checkout (hashed) and purchases to Meta. If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of this runs for you. Because we do not track visitors there, we do not show a cookie banner.
  • Opting out, wherever you are: click “Do not sell or share my personal information” on our Your Privacy Choices page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, and none of these tools run for you, nor do our ugb_vid, ugb_ft and ugb_fbc cookies. You can also email support@rewyse.ai or use Meta’s ad preferences (see Section 4).
  • Your control: you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. If you block the members cookie, you will need to sign in with the link or code we email you on each visit.

1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the website for The Ultimate Grok Bundle at rewyse.com (the “Website”), including its sales page, checkout pages and members area (which you sign in to with a link or code we email you). The Website is operated by Soltan Enterprises Limited, trading as Rewyse (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains in full how we collect and use personal information. Where the two overlap, the Privacy Policy takes precedence.

2. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer, phone or tablet. They are commonly used to keep you signed in, to make a site work properly and to give the site owner information about how it is used.

  • First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another company whose service is built into that website.
  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
  • Similar technologies include browser storage (such as session storage and local storage), which works much like a cookie but is not sent to the server automatically. In this policy, “cookies” covers these technologies too.

3. The Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use

The table below lists everything the Website itself sets or loads that is relevant to cookies. Third-party providers can change their own cookie names and durations at any time, so please check their policies for the latest details.

Name or providerPurposeTypeDurationFirst or third party
ugb_s (cookie)Keeps you signed in to the members area after you sign in with the link or code we email you, so you do not have to sign in on every page. It holds a signed session reference, your email address, your first name and which products you own, so the members area can show you what you bought. It is signed so it cannot be altered, and marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, so scripts on the page cannot read it.Strictly necessary30 days, after which you sign in againFirst party
ugb_claim (cookie)Set by our checkout when you pay. Holds your payment reference and email address, signed so it cannot be altered, so the thank-you page can sign the browser you paid with in to the members area straight away, without waiting for an email. It is only sent to our own sign-in service, and is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax. It is deleted as soon as it has been used.Strictly necessaryAt most 2 hoursFirst party
co_pending_payment (session storage)Used on our checkout pages only. Holds the reference number of a payment in progress, so that if your bank sends you to an extra verification step and back, the checkout can confirm your payment. It is removed once the payment is confirmed.Strictly necessaryUntil the payment is confirmed or you close the browser tabFirst party
ugb.members.v2 (local storage)Used in the members area only. Keeps a copy of which lessons you have completed, where you stopped in each video, which employees you have marked as added to your team and whether autoplay is on, so the members area opens instantly and shows your progress. It is not sent to us automatically; your progress is saved on our server separately, and the members area refreshes this copy from the server each time it loads.Strictly necessary (functional)Until you clear your browser’s site dataFirst party
ugb.timecheck.v1 (local storage)Used in the members area only, on the “Your time check” page for owners of the Time Audit Employee (Max). Keeps the time checks you paste in from Max (your tasks, hours and what an hour of your time is worth), saved by the date of each check, plus who you picked to do each task, so you can come back to them and compare with last time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. You can delete a time check on that page, or clear your browser’s site data.Strictly necessary (functional)Until you delete it on the page or clear your browser’s site dataFirst party
ugb.dur (session storage)Used in the members area only. Remembers the length of each lesson video once it has been looked up, so it is not looked up again on every page.Strictly necessary (functional)Until you close the browser tabFirst party
ugb.autonext (session storage)Used in the members area only. When a lesson finishes and you continue (or the countdown runs out), it holds a reference to the next lesson so that lesson starts playing on its own. It is removed as soon as the next lesson opens.Strictly necessary (functional)Until the next lesson opens or you close the browser tabFirst party
Vercel Web AnalyticsGives us aggregated statistics about visits to the sales page, checkout pages and thank-you page, such as how many people viewed a page. Vercel identifies visits using a hash created from the incoming request, not a cookie, and the data cannot be used to identify you.Analytics (cookieless)No cookie is stored on your deviceFirst party (served from our domain, operated by Vercel)
Vercel Speed InsightsMeasures how quickly our checkout and thank-you pages load, so we can keep them fast. Data points are anonymous and cannot be used to rebuild your browsing session or identify you.Performance (cookieless)No cookie is stored on your deviceFirst party (served from our domain, operated by Vercel)
Whop payment formThe embedded Whop Payments element on our checkout pages (/grok-bundle/checkout and /checkout-team) securely collects your card details, processes your payment and helps prevent fraud. Whop and its payment partners may set their own cookies or local storage to do this.Third-party paymentSet by Whop. See Whop’s policiesThird party
Wistia video playerUsed in the members area only. Plays the lesson videos: when you open a lesson, your browser loads Wistia’s player and the video from Wistia’s servers, and the members area reads each video’s length and captions from Wistia, so Wistia receives your IP address and basic browser information. Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Wistia’s player records viewing statistics for each viewing session (such as plays and how much of a video is watched) and may set its own cookies or local storage on your device to support playback and those statistics. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland (judged by your browser’s time zone), or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we switch this off: the player runs in Wistia’s Privacy Mode with session tracking disabled, and only storage needed for playback may be set. These are set by Wistia’s player, not by us, and Wistia can change their names and durations.Third-party videoSet by Wistia. See Wistia’s policiesThird party
ugb_consent (cookie)Remembers that you opted out. We set it to “denied” when you click “Do not sell or share my personal information” on our Your Privacy Choices page. While it is there, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity do not run for you, our server does not report your checkout visits, checkout email or purchase to Meta, we do not set the ugb_vid, ugb_ft or ugb_fbc cookies (and remove them if they are there) and we do not save your checkout email before you pay. An earlier version of the Website also set it from a cookie banner; one of those that says “denied” is honoured the same way.Strictly necessary1 year from when you set it (one left from the old banner: at most 180 days after it was set)First party
ugb_vid (cookie)On the sales page and the checkout pages: a random visitor reference, nothing else. It lets us recognise the same browser on a later visit, so a purchase can be linked to the page and the ad that led to it. Set by our server. Only where tracking is on: never set in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, with Global Privacy Control or after you opt out, and deleted if tracking turns off for you.Analytics and advertising measurement400 daysFirst party
ugb_utm, ugb_variant, ugb_fb (session storage)On the sales page and the checkout pages: keep the campaign tags you arrived with, the version of the sales page you saw and whether you came from a Meta ad link, so the checkout can attach them to your order and our visit records. They hold no identifier.AnalyticsUntil you close the browser tabFirst party
ugb_ft (cookie)On the sales page and the checkout pages: the campaign tags of your first visit that came from an ad or campaign link, the time of that visit and a hashed (scrambled) copy of the Meta ad click reference, so a purchase made later, for example in another tab, can still be credited to that ad. Set once by our server and marked HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it. Same rules as ugb_vid: only where tracking is on, and deleted if tracking turns off for you.Analytics and advertising measurement90 daysFirst party
ugb_sid (session storage)A random reference for the current tab on the sales and checkout pages, so one visit is counted once. Same rules as ugb_vid: only where tracking is on.AnalyticsUntil you close the browser tabFirst party
Our own visit counter (no cookie)Our server counts visits to the sales and checkout pages, checkout starts and clicks on “Complete Order”. Where there is no ugb_vid cookie, it counts a visitor once per day with a one-way code made from the IP address, the browser and a secret that changes every day. The IP address is never stored. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.Analytics (cookieless where tracking is off)Nothing is stored on your deviceFirst party
Google Tag ManagerA tool that loads the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity on our pages, only when the rules described in Section 4 allow it. Tag Manager itself loads on every visit unless you opted out on our Your Privacy Choices page. It does not set cookies, but your browser’s request goes to Google, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.Tag management (no cookie of its own)No cookie is stored on your deviceThird party
Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc cookies; our own ugb_fbc cookie)Tells Meta (Facebook, Instagram) when someone who saw or clicked one of our ads visits our pages, starts a checkout, types an email address into the checkout (without the email itself) or completes a purchase, including the order value and what was bought. Our server sets _fbc and ugb_fbc from a Meta ad link and keeps the click reference so that it can also report checkout visits, the email you type at checkout and purchases to Meta directly (Conversions API, with your email, name and billing address details hashed). We use this to measure which ads work, to improve who sees our ads and, where allowed, to show our ads to people who visited our pages. Only for visitors outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland who have not opted out (see Section 4).Advertising_fbp: 90 days. _fbc and ugb_fbc: 90 days from the ad clickFirst party cookies, data sent to Meta (third party)
Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk cookies; Microsoft may also set MUID and related cookies on clarity.ms)Records how visitors move through our pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) as session replays and heatmaps, so we can find and fix problems. Clarity masks what you type into form fields, and it cannot see inside the Whop payment field. Only for visitors outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland who have not opted out (see Section 4).Analytics_clck: 1 year. _clsk: 1 day. MUID: up to 1 yearFirst and third party (Microsoft)
ugb_purchase_sent_<payment> (local and session storage)On the thank-you page only, and only when the Meta Pixel runs for you: remembers that your purchase was already reported to Meta, so a reload does not report it twice.Advertising (helper)Until you clear your browser’s site dataFirst party
Google FontsLoads the Inter typeface used on our pages. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but your browser’s request goes to Google, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.Third-party contentNo cookie is stored on your deviceThird party

4. Advertising and Analytics (Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland)

We use two non-essential tools, both loaded through Google Tag Manager:

  • The Meta Pixel, so we can measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It records page views, when a checkout is started, when an email address is typed into the checkout (without the email itself) and, on our thank-you page, a completed purchase with its value, currency, the tier and add-ons bought and a payment reference (so the same purchase is never counted twice). Meta receives this together with your IP address, browser information and its own cookies, and may link it to your Meta account. Meta acts as a joint controller with us for the collection and transmission of this data, and as an independent controller for what it does with it afterwards, under the Meta Controller Addendum and the Meta Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity, so we can see how visitors use our pages (for example where people stop scrolling or click on something that does not work) and fix it. Clarity masks the text you type into form fields and cannot see your card details. Clarity keeps session recordings for about 30 days and heatmap data for up to 13 months. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Who is tracked

  • In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: we do not load the Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity for you, and our server does not report your checkout visits, checkout email or purchase to Meta. We do not show a cookie banner, because we do not track visitors there. We work out whether you are in those regions from your browser’s time-zone setting; if it cannot be read, we treat you as being there. For the purchase report our server sends to Meta, we also check the country of your IP address, and if either check points to those regions, nothing is sent.
  • Everywhere else: both tools run when you visit our pages, and our server reports checkout visits, checkout emails (hashed) and purchases to Meta as described above, unless you opt out.
  • Cookies left from an earlier visit: when the tools are off for you, we delete any Meta and Clarity cookies we can reach from our own domain. Data already sent to Meta or Microsoft is kept under their own policies; you can ask Meta to delete it through your Facebook or Instagram settings.
  • When the tools are off for you, we also tell Google’s Consent Mode that advertising and analytics storage are denied, so any Google tags we add later follow the same rule.

How to opt out

  • Your Privacy Choices: click “Do not sell or share my personal information” on our Your Privacy Choices page. It sets the ugb_consent cookie described in Section 3, so the choice is remembered in that browser for 1 year.
  • Global Privacy Control: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (or use a browser that sends it). When we receive it, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity do not load and our server does not report your checkout visits, checkout email or purchase to Meta.
  • Email us: write to support@rewyse.ai to object to this use of your data or to ask what we hold about you.
  • Meta’s own controls: choose how Meta uses your activity from other websites to show you ads in Meta’s ad preferences.
  • Your browser: block or delete cookies, or use a content blocker (see Section 6).

We do not sell your browsing data. Under some US state laws, letting Meta use pixel data to show you ads may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising; using our Your Privacy Choices page or sending a Global Privacy Control signal opts you out of it. See Section 16 of our Privacy Policy for your US state privacy rights.

5. Third-Party Services

Some of the services built into the Website are run by other companies. We do not control how they use cookies, and their own policies apply:

Grok Bot is a separate service. The Ultimate Grok Bundle is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by xAI or SpaceXAI. When you use the AI employees inside Grok Bot, you are using xAI’s service, and any cookies set there are xAI’s, governed by xAI’s own policies, not ours.

6. How to Control Cookies

Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete them, and block cookies from all sites or from specific sites. Here is how to do it in the major browsers:

Clearing your browser’s site data also removes session storage and local storage.

What happens if you block cookies

  • If you block or delete the ugb_s cookie, you will need to sign in again with the link or code we email you to reach your purchase.
  • If you block the ugb_claim cookie, the thank-you page cannot sign you in automatically; you can still sign in with the link or code we email you.
  • If you block local storage, the members area still works, but it cannot show which lessons you have finished or where you left off. Blocking session storage only means video lengths load more slowly and the next lesson does not start on its own.
  • If you block third-party cookies or storage, the Whop payment form may not load or may not be able to complete your payment.
  • Blocking cookies does not affect Vercel Web Analytics or Speed Insights, which do not use cookies.
  • If you delete the ugb_consent cookie that says “denied”, your opt-out is forgotten in that browser and the rules in Section 4 apply again: tracking stays off in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland and whenever your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

7. Strictly Necessary and Optional Technologies

Strictly necessary cookies and storage do not require your consent, because the Website cannot provide what you have asked for without them: signing you in to the members area, remembering your progress and video settings inside it, and completing your payment. The members area storage is never used for tracking or advertising. The lesson videos play in Wistia’s player, which is how the members area delivers the videos you bought; any cookies or storage that player sets are Wistia’s own, under Wistia’s policies. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights do not store anything on your device.

The Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and our ugb_vid, ugb_ft and ugb_fbc cookies are optional. Section 4 explains who they run for and how to opt out. Opting out does not affect your ability to buy or use the Product.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the tools we use or when the law changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is material, such as adding a new advertising tool, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know, for example with a notice on the Website.
