1. Who We Are and What This Covers
The Ultimate Grok Bundle (the “Product”) is sold by Soltan Enterprises Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR, trading as Rewyse (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This disclaimer applies to everything we say about the Product: the sales page at /grok-bundle, the checkout, the members area, the Product itself, and any emails, ads or social posts we publish about it. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. If the two conflict, the Terms and Conditions take precedence.
2. What the Product Is, and What It Is Not
The Product is a set of 12 ready-made “AI employees”: pre-configured bots for Grok Bot, xAI’s AI teammates app. It also includes three bonuses: the Chief of Staff, the Routines Pack and Lifetime Free Updates. It is sold for a one-time price ($37 Personal or $67 Team).
Please read our sales page with these points in mind:
- They are not people. Words like “employee”, “hire”, “team”, “teammate”, “Chief of Staff” and “coach” are descriptive metaphors. Buying the Product does not give you staff, contractors or a human service.
- “24/7” and “never sleeps” describe software, not a service level. The bots can run whenever Grok Bot is available to you. We do not guarantee any uptime, response time or amount of work completed.
- You need your own Grok account and an eligible Grok plan, bought separately from xAI. The Product does not include a Grok subscription.
- xAI controls Grok Bot. What the bots can do, how fast they work, which apps they can connect to, whether they can work in the cloud or with each other, and any usage limits are all decided by xAI and can change at any time.
3. No Guarantee of Results, Savings or Earnings
We do not guarantee, and you should not expect, any specific result from buying or using the Product. In particular, we do not promise that you will:
- save a particular number of hours, evenings or weekends;
- save money on freelancers, virtual assistants, agencies, staff or software;
- gain followers, subscribers, customers, sales, rankings, revenue or profit;
- replace any person, role or paid tool in your business.
Any statement on our pages about time, money, growth or performance shows what may be possible. It is not an average or typical result and not a promise of what you will achieve. Nothing we or anyone else has achieved can be taken as a prediction of your results.
4. How to Read the Claims on Our Sales Page
The table below explains how each type of claim on our sales page should be understood.

5. What Your Results Depend On
How well the Product works for you depends on things we do not control, including:
- Grok Bot’s features, limits, speed and availability, and any changes xAI makes to them;
- the Grok plan you have and what it includes;
- which apps you connect, and the permissions you give them;
- the quality and accuracy of the business information you give the bots;
- how clearly you instruct them, and how carefully you review their work;
- your business, market, customers, competition and timing;
- the time and effort you put in.
Because these vary from person to person, we cannot predict your results.
6. AI Output Must Be Reviewed
Everything the bots produce is generated by AI. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, off-brand or unsuitable for your situation, even when it sounds confident.
- Check any post, email, reply, report, figure or document before you use it, send it or publish it.
- Whether a bot asks for your approval before acting depends on Grok Bot and on how you set up your account and connected apps. You are responsible for anything sent or changed from your accounts.
- Do not rely on AI output alone for decisions about money, contracts, hiring, health or legal matters.
7. Testimonials and Examples
The images and chat screens on our sales page are illustrations, as explained in Section 4. If we publish customer testimonials, reviews or case studies in the future, they will reflect individual experiences that may not be typical, and we will disclose any material connection with the person (such as payment, a free product or an affiliate relationship) where the law requires it.

8. Not Professional Advice
Some bots are set up to help with areas such as sales, data, hiring and personal growth. Nothing the Product or the bots produce is legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, mental health or employment advice. We are not licensed professionals.
For example, job posts, screening questions and candidate emails drafted by the Recruiter bot must still comply with the employment laws that apply to you, and reports from the Data Analyst bot are not financial advice. Please speak to a qualified professional before acting on anything important.
9. Not Affiliated with xAI
The Ultimate Grok Bundle is an independent product made by Rewyse. It is not affiliated with, made, sponsored or endorsed by xAI or SpaceXAI. Grok and Grok Bot are trademarks of SpaceXAI.
10. Your Responsibility
By buying or using the Product, you agree that:
- you are responsible for your own decisions, actions and results;
- you have read our sales page and this disclaimer and understand that results are not guaranteed;
- you are responsible for having a Grok account and an eligible plan, and for following xAI’s terms;
- you will review AI output before relying on it.
11. Refunds
The Product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Product, including lost income, profits, business, customers or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for it. This is subject to, and consistent with, the limitation of liability in our Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
13. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Using the Product after a change means you accept the updated version.
